Twenty 12 celebration

On Sunday 19th November VASL volunteers and staff attended a dinner at Hothorpe Hall to celebrate 100 years of Lions International. VASL volunteers and staff were able to network with other organisations, take part in the roulette and learn about a variety of international and local projects Lions have supported and amongst those is VASL!

Christine, pictured on far right, is one of Community Champions volunteers and said   “Wow wee I had a great time.

Sure was a real honor to represent VASL at such an occasion.  My special thanks for trusting me to do a good job.  I met some most interesting people throughout the evening and very much enjoyed the VASL teams company & laughs that we shared.

”  Thank you so much and special thanks to Crystal for organizing my transport to and from the venue.  Worked ever so smoothly. It all was a real treat.”
