My Mind Matters is moving forwards to run weekly workshops for people who would like some help to manage their mental health.

Relaxation and Self Care -Tips about how to relax and focus on things you enjoy without feeling guilty.
Monday 16th August @ 1pm
Mindfulness,- What are we appreciative of and how to look at things from a different perspective.
Thursday 9th September 2021 @ 11.30am
Suicide Awareness – Learn how to create a safety plan to keep yourself safe.
Tuesday 14th September 2021 @11am
Fitness and Healthy Eating—Lets all get a little Healthier after the year and a half of lockdowns and restrictions.
Monday 20th September 2021 @1pm
Nature Awareness for Mental Health– Information about local walking groups and Gardening groups and how to get the most from being outside within nature.
Tuesday 28th September @11am
Coffee Morning – Discuss what ever is on your mind within the comfort of your own home.
