My Mind Matters works in partnership with local organisations and community support groups to provide a programme of daily activities which are shown to improve and maintain wellbeing.
Our activities are continuing online for now, so we can continue to build community and stay socially connected through challenging times.
Open and free to join for those living in Harborough District aged 18+.
Monday Mindfulness and Meditation 1pm – 2pm
Monday Wellbeing 1pm-2pm Drawing and self care.
Tuesday Spring Coffee Break 10—11
Tuesday Weekly Workout 11—12
Thursday Social Games Afternoon: 1pm—2pm
Friday Furry Friends: 11—12
