Work Shops

Life style alterations and changing the way you think about things can reduce stress reactions and improve your mental health.

Later on in the year we are planning to host Mental Health Workshops. Our workshops can offer you advice and information about your condition and find ways of coping and thriving with and beyond your diagnosis.

We are also planning creative workshops which will look beyond mental health and will help you rediscover or find new skills.

We are working with The Recovery College and Arts Groups such as Bright Sparks to ensure the workshops are of the highest quality and tailored to your needs.
The workshops will be held around the Harborough area to ensure all residents are able to attend.

We will be running lots of different workshops such as:

• Stress busting
• Anxiety
• Sleep techniques
• Building Relationships
• Emotional Wellness/ Personal Wellbeing
• Confidence Building
• Comedy
• Laughter

This list is not exhaustive.

These workshops will be held in the Harborough area, contact us for more information.

If there is a topic you particular would like us to run a workshop about then let us know and we will look into it for you.

We will post a link to a programme on this page once it has been finalised.
