Kerry Turnbull, our Support for Carers Leicestershire Manager has made the decision today that our carers groups across the County will be postponed until further notice due to the Coronavirus.
Kerry said: “We do apologise for the inconvenience, however, we recognise that our Carers are already looking after our most vulnerable people in our community and their own health is very important to us.”
She continued: “I would also like to add that our telephone and support line is and will be in operation as per normal, Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm if anyone would like to contact us for advice, information and support. Please give the team a call on 01858 468543 – we are here to help.”
