Our Leicestershire Support for Carers project supports family carers throughout the year, but this week 9th-15th June there is a national spotlight on the role.
Our Carers Week Celebration is on Wednesday 11th June at Moira Village Hall, Ashby Road, Moira, Swadlincote DE12 6DZ. You will be able to chat to stand holders from Severn Trent Water, Healthwatch, Trading Standards, Care Technology, First Contact Plus, Leicester Legal and many more.

Funded by Leicestershire County Council we provide a phone helpline, which gives advice on benefits, carers allowance, charities and organisations which can support cares with particular conditions as well as giving emotional support and a listening ear.
We have monthly groups across Leicestershire, where you can meet with people in a similar situation and listen to a relevant speaker.
We offer energy advice , a hospital discharge grant, carers passports, our Carers Guide and a very informative monthly newsletter.
