We have two new roles within our Leicestershire Support for Carers Team for a fixed term to March 2024 with a possibility to extend to March 2025.
- Carers Wellbeing Officer (37 hours) to identify and support carers within their role and to deliver all aspects of Support for Carers Leicestershire services to a consistently high standard as set-out in the service contract.
- Carers Wellbeing Grants Officer (30 hours): Leicestershire to administer the Hospital Discharge Grant.
