Lifting your voice in song is one of the simplest and most uplifting ways to boost your mood, and our Singing for Wellbeing sessions are designed to do exactly that! This relaxed group is all about singing for pure fun, connection, and health. There are no rehearsals, no auditions, and absolutely no pressure—you simply get together with others to choose and sing your favourite hymns and songs. It is a wonderful opportunity to meet up with friends new and old, enjoy the shared experience of music, and unwind. Best of all, every session is followed by a warm cup of coffee, biscuits, and a chance to enjoy a good chat.
This group is warmly open to absolutely everyone! If you think you can’t sing, it truly doesn’t matter—this is about the joy of the experience, not vocal perfection. Whether you are a regular churchgoer or not, young or old, an avid singer or someone who just wants to sit back, listen, and soak in the friendly atmosphere, you are incredibly welcome.
How to Join: There is no need to book or register in advance—everyone is welcome to just turn up when sessions are running.
Cost: Free to attend, with complimentary coffee, biscuits, and song sheets provided.
