About the Event

In an increasingly digital world, our free library sessions are designed to ensure that older people have equal opportunities to enjoy the massive benefits of digital inclusion. Whether you are a complete novice who has never touched a touchscreen, or someone who is relatively comfortable online but needs help troubleshooting a specific problem, our friendly volunteers are here to help. You can bring along your own smartphones, tablets, or laptops, or use the library PCs to learn at your own pace in a completely relaxed, pressure-free environment.

Target Audience

This session is specifically for older adults who want to become more confident using modern technology. There is absolutely no shame and no silly questions here! If you want to learn how to video call your family, shop safely online, navigate a smart TV, use public services, or simply send a text message, our patient volunteers will guide you step by step.
