The Lutterworth Help Hub is a friendly, supportive space dedicated to providing you with information, advice, and guidance whenever you need it. We know that navigating everyday tasks—from managing appointments to staying connected online—can feel daunting at times, so our aim is to make things a little easier. Alongside our general advice service, we run a dedicated "Digital Drop-in" session where we cover online basics: how to use the internet safely, navigate email, master search engines, and get the very most out of your smartphone or tablet. Whether you have a specific technical headache or a broader question, we are here to help.
Everyone is invited and welcome! This hub is designed for any local resident who wants a bit of extra help, whether that is with digital technology or finding information about local services and support. There is no question too small, and our environment is kept intentionally relaxed and patient, so you can learn and ask for help at a pace that suits you.
Booking: No appointment is necessary—please feel free to drop in during our opening hours.
Contact & Queries: If you have a specific question you’d like to raise before arriving, or if you need to check if a volunteer with a specific area of expertise will be present, please contact the office at office@wycliffefellowship.org or call 07949 318629.
What to Bring: If you are coming for the digital drop-in, please remember to bring your own device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) and any relevant chargers or passwords you might need.
