If you are experiencing distress, feeling overwhelmed, or struggling to cope with your mental and emotional health, this walk-in service is here to help you navigate tough moments. Hosted by our dedicated Community Champions team, the café provides a comforting environment where you can speak openly about your challenges, explore practical coping strategies, or simply sit quietly in a relaxing, non-judgemental space. There is absolutely no pressure; our team is here to listen, offer a compassionate ear, and help you find your feet.

Target Audience

This service is explicitly designed for adults aged 18 and over living in Lutterworth and the surrounding areas who need immediate help, advice, or guidance with their mental health. Whether you are facing a sudden crisis, dealing with heightened anxiety, stress, or depression, or feel you are entering a difficult season where you need professional, compassionate listening ears, this safe haven is here for you.

Location & Accessibility

  • Venue: The Wellbeing Hub, Lutterworth Sports Centre, Coventry Road, Lutterworth, LE17 4RB. (Note: Free parking is conveniently available on-site).
  • Availability: Open weekly every Friday from 09:00 to 13:00 (9 am – 1 pm).
  • Accessibility: The Wellbeing Hub features excellent ground-floor accessibility, level thresholds, wide entrances, clear internal navigation, and accessible facilities, ensuring anyone can visit safely and comfortably.

Important Information

Drop-In Service: This is a completely free, open-access drop-in service. You do not need a referral from a doctor, a pre-arranged appointment, or a formal booking—just walk in during our opening hours whenever you need a supportive space.

Community Champions: The session is proudly run by our trained Community Champions volunteers, who specialise in building local connections and providing a warm, empathetic environment.

Long-Term Support: Alongside immediate emotional support, the team can provide practical advice and connect you with other local community services for your longer-term wellbeing.
