An open, safe space of welcome and inclusion, where it’s OK not to be OK, this session aims to improve mental and emotional well-being. Run in partnership with national initiatives, it provides a quiet, peaceful environment where you can slow down and focus on your emotional health. There is absolutely no pressure to talk about your struggles; instead, you are invited to bring a hobby, take part in simple arts and crafts, or just sit quietly and enjoy a peaceful moment away from the busyness of daily life.
This group is open to any adults in the local community who are looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space to help manage their mental and emotional well-being. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, loneliness, or stress, or simply going through a difficult season in life when you need a comforting place to be yourself, you are incredibly welcome here.
Refreshments: Complimentary hot drinks and biscuits are on offer throughout the morning.
Booking: This is a completely free, drop-in-style session. No referral, booking, or formal appointment is ever needed—just turn up whenever the doors are open.
Activities: You are welcome to share a hobby, learn a simple craft, join a brief optional prayer/meditation, or just enjoy a quiet coffee in good company.

We are using our cafe space here at the church for Renew Wellbeing, where on Tuesdays 9am-12noon, and Thursdays 1-4pm, we will provide hobbies and activities that are shared or co-produced based on the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, where there are warm drinks and biscuits to share, where we can chat and connect with each other or be quiet, and where there is an optional quiet, reflective prayer space for our inner habits of spiritual wellbeing.
