Run by VASL, these groups provide a warm, welcoming, and completely confidential environment where you can step away from your daily responsibilities for a couple of hours. Come along to enjoy a relaxing cuppa, share experiences with peers who truly understand the unique challenges of looking after a loved one, and access expert advice and guidance from our dedicated support team.
This group is specifically for unpaid carers of all ages and backgrounds who are supporting a family member, friend, or neighbour. Whether you have been navigating a caring role for years or have only recently taken on these responsibilities, you are incredibly welcome. No matter who you care for or what their condition is, this is a dedicated space just for you to receive the care and mutual support you deserve.
