Facilitated by our dedicated Support for Carers team, these monthly meetings are a brilliant opportunity to share experiences, gain valuable peer support, and discuss any challenges you might be facing. Whether you are looking for practical advice, emotional support, or simply a warm cup of tea and a friendly conversation with people in a similar situation, you will find a supportive community ready to welcome you.
This group is specifically for unpaid family carers living in the North West Leicestershire area. If you look after a partner, family member, or friend who relies on your support due to illness, disability, mental health challenges, or old age, this group is here for you. We welcome carers of all ages and backgrounds—whether you have been caring for years or are completely new to the journey.
