We have developed our ‘Impact Report’ which you are able to view by clicking on the link below. The report explains the reasoning behind and the impact the Community Champions project has on people’s lives and how we undertake our work.
Community Champions is a five-year project funded by the National Lottery Community Fund working across Harborough District in south Leicestershire, and some villages in north Northamptonshire. It helps isolated or lonely people (over 60) to change their lives for the better, regain their social confidence, and connect with people. Click below to find out more….
