Digital support at Lutterworth Library

older person using tablet

We are delighted that we are able to offer a monthly session at the library in Lutterworth on the second Monday morning of the month. The next session should be 10th January 2022, but we will confirm that nearer the time.

If you are over 60 and live alone in Harborough District, our volunteers will help you to use a tablet, a smartphone or a laptop/pc. We have helped people to add phone numbers to the contacts, how to attach a photo to an email, how to organise emails into folders and how to download the app for the NHS.

We can also help if you have been given a tablet or a smartphone and want to know more about what you can do with it, although that will probably be more than one session!

You need to book an appointment and give us some information about the help you need, ring 01858 439262 or email champions@vasl.org.uk.

It isn’t a repair service, but we can help you to use the devices.

There is more information here about our digital volunteers, we hope to be back in Market Harborough Library on 2nd February 2022.

There is no charge for this service as we are funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
