HOW WE CAN HELP

Our Support Services

Our team is made up of a diverse range of experienced volunteers who are ready to help. Depending on what you need, we can support you in three main ways:

Weekly Wellbeing Calls:

If you would like someone to talk to each week, we can arrange for a volunteer to call you for 12 weeks. You can use these calls to explore goals to improve your wellbeing and work towards them with friendly, one-to-one support.

Community Accompaniment:

If you are anxious about attending a group or activity on your own—like a local craft group—a volunteer can meet you there and go along with you a few times to help build your confidence and get you involved.

Monthly Wellbeing Workshops:

You are very welcome to join our friendly, monthly workshops. We deliver a range of activities based on the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, shaped entirely by the interests of our participants. We currently host these in Market Harborough and Great Glen.

Our support is entirely free and proudly funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. To qualify for the project, you must be:
