New Walk and Talk Group Posted on Tuesday, 15 February 2022

My Mind Mattters is holding the first weekly Walk and Talk Group on Thursday 17th March 2022.

Samantha & Sharlean invite you to join them on the new Walk &Talk group based in Market Harborough. Each week we will focus on anxiety prevention, mindfulness and making friendly connections for better wellbeing.

Walking makes it much easier to talk and to get to know other people, and Samantha and Sharlean will be encouraging people to share their experiences.

You do need to book a place and answer a few questions to make sure that you are able to join.
