Trips and Excursions
- We arrange door-to-door social outings for elderly and disabled people using a hired 15-seater minibus via our Community Bus.
- In order to attend our trips and excursions you must complete and return our VASL Car Scheme registration form.

Bus trips 2024 using Harborough Community Bus
Pick-ups start at 9.00 am or 9.15am (door to door) unless stated otherwise.
Bookings will be taken for the following trips from Friday 14th June 2024 at 3pm..

In order to make the trips available to all interested parties, if you are wishing to book on more than 2 trips out of the 13, please state them in order of your preference. We will try ensure that everyone is successful in securing at least a couple of trips.
Payment should be made within 14 days of booking seats for the trips.

- We are having Drop In’s at St Dionysius Church 9.30am – 11.00am on the second Tuesday of each month 9th July, 13th August, 10th September.

We can accommodate 10-11 passengers per trip because of walkers and shopping.
Passengers must be able to manage on their own for our bus trips.
Fold up walkers can be taken, but you must tell us at the time of booking as only 2 are allowed per trip
Seat belts must be worn at all times until the bus has turned its engine off.
Cancellation Policy
We can only provide a refund for cancellations if we are able to fill the seat.
VASL reserve the right to cancel at short notice but will try to rearrange the trip.

Thursday 6th August: Gates Garden Centre – Oakham 3 hours at garden centre Cost: £10.00
Monday 12th August: Dunelm & Asda, Kettering 3 hours at retail park Cost: £10.00
Wednesday 21st August: Rushden Lakes 3 hours at retail park Cost: £10.00
