How can we help?

How the project works

Our team is made up of a diverse range of experienced volunteers who are ready to help.

If you would like someone to talk to each week, we can arrange for a volunteer to call you for 12 weeks. You can use these calls to explore goals to improve your wellbeing and work towards them with the support of the volunteer.

If you would like support going to a group or community activity, then we can arrange for a volunteer to meet you there and go along with you. Perhaps you have wanted to join a local craft group but are anxious about going on your own. A volunteer can meet you there and support you to get involved. They can go along with you a few times so that you have a chance to build your confidence.

If you would like to join our monthly wellbeing workshops, you are very welcome to come along. We deliver a range of activities each month based on the 5 Ways to Wellbeing and shaped by the interests of the group participants. We currently host wellbeing workshops in Market Harborough and Great Glen.
